S — chest 28-35cm, suitable for dogs 2-4kg
M — chest 36-45cm, suitable for dogs 4-8kg
L — chest 46-55cm, suitable for dogs 8-14kg

Sizing runs slightly large. When in doubt order one size down and measure carefully.
